Arq. Teresa Delgado completed the Cornell University, College of Architecture, Art and Planning, Bachelor of Architecture program in 1999, receiving a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Ms. Delgado returned to her native home in Puerto Rico and entered the profession working with a well regarded local architect. Over the course of the next decade Ms. Delgado worked at three important local firms on projects ranging from commercial to primarily residential and institutional. She participated in every phase of projects from initial schematic presentations to construction supervision, including: project programming, site evaluation, client meetings to discuss program and design development, schematic and preliminary design, government agencies permits coordination, design consultant coordination, bid documents preparation, creation of construction documents (drawings and specifications) and presentation drawings to assist in client understanding of project and for the firm’s collaterals.
