YSA has immediate needs for early career architects and designers or architect-in-training; and project architects and designers. These positions will work on all phases of residential and mixed use projects.
Position Responsibilities:
Architects-in-training develop, modify, and review drawings according to established standard, and develop solutions to technical and design problems. Architects-in-training also assist in the development of client presentations including sketches and 2D/3D renderings.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1 - 3 years of architectural experience
- Strong portfolio of academic work
- Computer graphic software skills in AutoCAD required
- Revit and SketchUp skills are an asset
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel particularly) knowledge required
- Ability to effectively work in and contribute to a team environment
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, well organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
