Our involvement in this project began after the Owner’s market study determined that the rental apartments previously designed should rather be considered as for-sale condominiums. While the foundations for the rental apartments had already been poured, fundamental changes to the configuration of the unit designs were necessary to meet the needs of the market place.


Other modifications included a complete redesign of the apartment tower, apartment flats, parking arrangements, hard and landscape designs, style of the architecture, phasing of the construction and theming for the development.
