Arranged around a podium parking roof courtyard 80 units of flats and townhouses comprise this unique project in the mountains of Puerto Rico. The family and independent living senior housing the scheme is organized into three sections. Two, smaller sections, are set aside for seniors and the largest section for families. Commercial areas, confined to the ground floor corner locations, and provide 6,125 sf for small business concerns.
