This National Landmark Build­ing designed by Julia Morgan is currently a social services center primarily for women of Asian decent. It also has temporary living accommodations for newly arriving immigrants. The client required a variety of improvements that included a new rooftop play area for a childcare center, a new kitchen and three new bathrooms.  Several areas required modifications where disabled access is required.
