Mexico City, Mexico (1995)
This project is part of what was destined to be the last mega-project within the area of the metropolitan Mexico City. Once the city landfill, this 800 acre site is the location of a new district known as Santa Fe. Following our work on the master plan for Santa Fe, YSA designed a master plan for a 2,200 unit community and 1,230,000 square foot office park and commercial center.
The housing was divided into four distinct types, apartment tower living, zero lot line four story townhouses, five story apartment flats and conjunto neighborhoods as the core of the urbanization.
